some notes I have scribbled here:
The horn is a magical manifestation from their eyes.
Constantly drools black ink,probably needs a napkin.
Can blend into the background.
no hair but feels like crushed velvet.
the grey patches are stained from their ink.
insides are not pink,just inky black tentacles.
If this doesn't win the contest,I'll most likely use this character again.

EDITS AND ADD-ONS
if this character were to be cut open they'd just be a mass of tentacles of all sizes and shapes. 
the outer skin can be repaired with magic,no stitches needed.
Has an ego[???,might scrap this later]
Tentacles are monotone light grey to black.
-working on a height comparison but deemed 'tall'
